76-year-old man with critical aortic stenosis who has been refusing surgery based on advice from an AI chatbot companion. He collapses at a grocery store and requires dopamine drip and central line to stabilize his blood pressure. Dr. Charles intervenes to help him understand the chatbot's limitations and agree to valve replacement surgery.
