16-year-old male who fell 20 feet during rock climbing, suffered cardiac arrest during transport with ROSC after epinephrine. Had severe skull fractures, brain contusions, and dangerously elevated intracranial pressure requiring emergency hemicraniectomy. Experienced massive intraoperative venous bleeding from sagittal sinus and ultimately died despite resuscitation efforts.

Under medication-assisted interview with lorazepam, revealed suppressed traumatic memory of witnessing his father's death and choosing not to call 911, allowing his abusive father to die to protect his mother.
