Teresa Brotherton fell down stairs while carrying her baby, suffered a tension pneumothorax requiring needle decompression in the ER, then coded twice during surgery. Dr. Hahn performed multiple emergency surgeries including bringing OR equipment to patient's room for high-risk repair of lung perforations. Patient ultimately died despite aggressive intervention.
