Motorcycle accident victim with severe head trauma and brain matter evident at the scene. Patient is declared brain dead and becomes an organ donor for bilateral arm transplant.

Patient who lost both arms four years ago in a logging accident. Undergoes groundbreaking bilateral arm transplant surgery lasting 15-20 hours with multiple surgical teams.
