Greg is a junk collector who has experienced chronic abdominal pain for 10 years. Imaging reveals he has a fetus in fetu - an extremely rare condition where he absorbed his own twin in utero. The mass contains recognizable anatomical structures including fingers, teeth, spinal column, and organs. The surgical team removes it and preserves it in a jar for Greg to keep.
