Julia presents with abdominal pain, arrhythmia, and progressive kidney failure. The diagnosis is ultimately revealed when House discovers oral lesions after learning she was stung by a bee a month prior. The systemic vasculitis caused lesions throughout her body including her intestines (leading to intussusception), heart, and kidneys.
