After considering radiation poisoning and other diagnoses, the team discovers she was being repeatedly poisoned by her boyfriend Cesar with cantharidin (Spanish fly), which mimics radiation damage and causes hemorrhage, immune compromise, and organ damage.
Boxer Glenn Foley loses consecutive fights not due to lack of skill but due to a glomus tumor causing abnormal nerve growth in his neck. When struck during a clinch, the tumor acts like a built-in taser, causing massive shock and loss of consciousness. House discovers this while trying to prove a boxing match was fixed.
