A patient brought in from the High Line who threatened to jump and clawed skin from his own neck. Initially unclear whether PCP, formaldehyde, or glue-sniffing. Confirmed PCP via tox screen. Required physical restraints and sedation with Ativan. Attacked Sam when restraints were temporarily removed.
