An Alvin Ailey dancer presents with what appears to be a sprained knee, but is initially misdiagnosed by Dr. Prentiss and discharged. The X-ray reveals a spiral fracture of the medial condyle that Dr. Cooper catches, preventing the dancer from further injury and saving his career.
