Andi was diagnosed with multiple personality disorder at age 7 following a car accident that killed her parents. After 10 years without symptoms, alternate personalities (Gina and Maggie) resurface as her sister plans to move away. Dr. Sheldon Wallace conducts art therapy and discovers she is faking the disorder to manipulate her sister into staying.

Tanya, a teenager with Down syndrome, becomes pregnant by her boyfriend Ricky who also has learning disabilities. The pregnancy is discovered at 11 weeks. Due to concerns about high-risk pregnancy secondary to cardiac issues from Down syndrome and inability of the parents to raise a child, CVS testing is performed showing no genetic abnormalities, but her mother Erin proceeds with termination.
