Mr. Zerbo was admitted with high fever and suspected meningitis, but after negative CT and lumbar puncture, was bounced between multiple hospital services. JD ultimately does nothing and the patient improves on his own, with Dr. Kelso explaining the fever was drug-induced from the constant stream of antibiotics given during his hospital stay.
